Program materials will be available on the Meeting Attendee Resources webpage https://www.militaryfood.org/meeting-attendee-resources after October 12, 2026, to all registered attendees.  These materials will also be provided in a hard-copy format onsite in your attendee packet.

ROOM RESERVATION METHOD
The room reservation links for the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead are now officially closed. If you still need accommodations, we recommend contacting the Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead at 404-869-6161. The hotel is located approximately one block from the Grand Hyatt and should still have government per diem and industry rooms available. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. Each reservation must be accompanied by a completed registration form.

TRANSPORTATION
The nearest full‑service airport, Hartsfield‑Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), is approximately 23 miles from the hotel. Transportation options include Uber/Lyft, taxis, shuttle services, or rental cars. Discounted parking rates are available, with valet service at $44.00 per vehicle, per night, and self‑parking at $32.00 per vehicle, per night. BE PART OF R&DA’s FALL EXHIBITION!
The exhibition portion of our program will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. To ensure full attendance, including key decision makers, at the exhibition, R&DA will not serve lunch on this day so attendees will be ready to sample your items. There will be networking opportunities to connect with government key decision makers from foodservice facilities and buyers to major food/packaging channels which will run from 12:30PM until 3:30 PM.
